3rd FREEBIE - 3E FREEBIE

When i watched the movie «Happy Texas» i saw, at the end of the generic, the frame of the state of Texas and i had an idea: I decide to make an add-on for my State Template Serie on USA. I call them FRAME TEMPLATE. You'll find the first 13 State Template including Wyoming on the Add-on Pack 1. South Dakota will be on the Add-on Pack 2. The USA map template is not inside de pack 1 cause i didn't find the solution about Alaska and Hawai yet.
